The applications and order forms, contact compliances or notes received prior to 17 hours, are processed the same day of receipt. To each is assigned a serial number that is communicated by Eskamas to the interested. Those received after 17 hours or on weekends are processed the next working day. In both cases Eskamas fixed within 48 hours after which, if you have not received an answer we suggest contacting again.

From the initial contact, the purchase order, drawing up the budget until agreement to begin production time is variable and is affected by the seasonal clothing. Accepted the terms and conditions, the applicant shall consign Eskamas 20% of the total amount before starting the production process and agree with each client the expected date of delivery.

The shipping costs for postage, or return borne by the applicant. The modifications, adjustments or arrangements of the garments made have no charge and are part of our after sale policy, except the stipulated in the shipping cost.

Eskamas establishes an easily policy of exchange or return if within 15 days of delivery explains the disagreement and agreement is reached by the parties. For the garments made and / or in stock, Eskamas establishes a volume discount policy, which varies depending on the type of garment.
